Positive: Great being able to have a dog with us, this was a major reason we booked here and we were pleased we did. Even has a doggy friendly park directly behind it. Well set up with all the basics thought of, tidy room and a friendly knowledgeable owner, and the set up was fine for what we needed. Room was cosy with heater provided and surprisingly quiet overnight given the location. Didn't go to the sailing club bar/restaurant opposite but looked like a good place to try next time, also dog friendly and literally just across the road!
Negative: Fridge hadn't been wiped out, not a major but was a curry smell (went when wiped it clean). Shower cubicle looking a bit tired but rest of the room was fine. The way have to connect Netflix to TV was confusing though - we thought had logged out on the TV but realised it was still connected a few days later when someone (probably quite innocently) used it in the room - so you have to go back into your own Netflix account and delete the device - not just exit on the TV.
Summary: Tidy, dog friendly, fair pricing - would recommend especially for anyone travelling with a dog.
